Anyone that will be assisting, in any capacity, MUST register & complete a volunteer form online. This can be done by registering for an account online and signing up to volunteer. Team moms, coaches, field assistants; anyone that will enter the dug out.

Preparing Fields For Play

Home Team Lines the fields prior to the game, visitors rake after unless it's a visiting interleague team, then home does both.
All equipment needed is in the sheds, only use the chalk, never use any of the other materials or quick dry.
Only board members are allowed to ever use the quick dry.
Never broom water holes! This actually creates more damage to our fields which we work hard to maintain.
Do not lose the hole plugs! The base marker hole plugs should always been in play in one of the holes after using a hole digger.
Return all equipment and never leave it in the dugout or outside the buildings.

Accident Claim Form 
Complete form with parents for any injury.
The parents will keep the form & they will need to contact the league president.
He will sign the form and give it back to them for them to submit it.
